What is A Custom Fit Buttock Augmentation?

We will review the shape of the area including the lower back, saddle, and upper thigh areas in addition to the cheeks themselves. We will also evaluate your skin’s elasticity and other factors that can influence surgical results.
We will then have a candid and open discussion about your goals and the options available to achieve them. Following this discussion, we will develop a customized surgical plan designed just for you.
Buttock Augmentation Options:
Enhanced Form has performed buttock augmentations for Chicago patients for many years and has developed a variety of strategies to employ, customized to each patient including:
- Back or Buttock Lift: Some patients benefit from lifting and removing excess skin from either the lower back or upper buttock area. We may recommend this as part of your surgery if time and gravity have affected the area.
- Liposuction: Liposuction is a component of many buttock augmentation surgeries. The goal can often be to both harvest fat for grafting and to sculpt the nearby areas to help achieve an hourglass appearance.
- Fat Grafting: Fat grafting is fat transferred from a different area of the body to the buttock. Often called a Brazilian butt lift, fat grafting naturally adds fullness to the area.
- Buttock Implants: Some patients benefit from soft, semi-solid implants instead of or along with fat grafting. We have also designed and obtained a patent for instruments to use specifically with the implant procedures. They allow us to create pockets that are exactly the right size and location for the implants.
Buttock Augmentation is not a ‘one size fits all’ procedure. The more strategies your plastic surgeon has at his or her disposal, and the more experience the plastic surgeon has with different approaches, the more likely you will be delighted with the outcome of your surgery.
