Nose Surgery – Tip Plasty Photos – Case 17
Description:
23 year old female concerned about the appearance of her nose. We initially injected her with fillers to make sure about what corrections she would want to have and whether that would be satisfactory for her. she requested us to do a tip plasty for her. We did an analysis and we did plan for the procedure, and the final recommendation was to bring in together the bases together to reshape the cartridges and then to obtain a cartilage graft from her right ear and place it under the tip of her nose to obtain a sharp profile

A forty-year-old cook expressed interest in facial rejuvenation. After examining him and engaging in a lengthy discussion, we recommended the direct excision of extra skin instead of pulling it laterally. This approach would provide a much more permanent result. In addition to the skin treatment, he underwent a rhinoplasty and chin augmentation that corrected his deficiency, rebalanced the appearance of his nose and entire face, and provided a younger, virile look.

A 24-year-old woman from Crystal Lake was interested in enhancing her breasts. She underwent breast augmentation with 505 cc silicone implants placed in a subfascial plane above the muscle. Her breasts have remained soft with a natural appearance.

After thorough discussion, it was decided that breast augmentation would be performed with 435 cc implants, placed under the pectoral fascia. It can be observed that the nipple points downward and there is sagging of the breasts. She underwent a level three breast lift without implants. Her postoperative photo showed a very nice contour and well-shaped breasts.
Breast Lift Case 8
Description:
A 39-year-old woman from Aurora presented with interest in a breast lift. She was not interested in implants. The areola was significantly enlarged; it was below the inframammary fold and covered half of the breast, as shown in the profile photos. These are the markings for the level two lift at the time of surgery. Pleasant and acceptable scars can be seen 10 months after the procedure.
Breast Lift Case 9
Description:
A 50-year-old woman from Shorewood had received free silicone injections in her breasts many years earlier, resulting in large, painful nodules under the areolas and significant irregularity. The large masses were removed, damaged tissue from the silicone injection was excised, and a level three breast lift was performed. The nipples were placed at the top of the reshaped breast mound as skin grafts. The postoperative photos show a very natural and stable result.

A woman interested in breast reduction and lift underwent a combination level three lift and a small reduction. Many patients wanting a small reduction along with a lift may not be covered by insurance due to weight removal requirements. This often results in higher costs due to deductibles and copays exceeding the cosmetic procedure’s cost.

Male Breast Reduction Case 1
Description:
A 53-year-old man from Elkhart, Indiana, visited our clinic seeking correction of his gynecomastia (enlargement of the breasts in men). His examination revealed a significant amount of fat and male glandular tissue. Interestingly, the areola was not particularly enlarged, but we noticed a red patch on the inside of his right breast due to a fungal infection secondary to moisture. Liposuction yielded 1000 cc from the right side and 1100 cc from the left, and the excision was 132g on the right and 88g on the left. The post-op photos are from two weeks after the surgery. Since the patient lives far from the clinic, we do not have long-term photos, but it is expected that as the swelling decreases, the results will continue to improve.
Male Breast Reduction Case 2
Description:
A 31-year-old man presented with left-side gynecomastia. He was treated with a combination of liposuction, where 500 cc were aspirated, followed by male breast excision. The photos are from six weeks after the surgery.

Description:
A 20-year-old man presented with significant gynecomastia. He underwent a combined procedure where 250 cc were aspirated from the left side and 300 cc from the right, and a large amount of male glandular tissue was removed. He also had a reduction in the size of his areola, along with tightening of the extra skin around it with a wedge excision of the areola, and two small wedge excisions in the skin.

A 33-year-old man from Addison, Illinois, presented with bilateral gynecomastia. He underwent excision of the gynecomastia and liposuction; 300 cc were aspirated from each side. The post-op photos are from three weeks after the surgery. He will continue to see improvements as the swelling decreases.

Description:
A 36-year-old man with gynecomastia. Fortunately for him, there was no significant enlargement of the areola. He had his gynecomastia corrected through a combined procedure of liposuction and tissue removal via a small incision at the junction of the lower areola and the skin. The post-op photo is from six weeks after the surgery, and the scar is invisible. This is the peak time for swelling and internal healing. It is expected that these will continue to improve over the next 2-3 months.

Description:
The enlargement of the male mammary gland, known as gynecomastia, was present in this 36-year-old man. Note the size of the areolas before the surgery. The operation was done in conjunction with liposuction and glandular tissue excision. The areola was reduced using a special suturing technique without making any cuts. 200 cc were aspirated from each side, and about 300 grams of tissue were removed from each side. After the surgery, the size of the breasts and areolas were reduced.

Description:
A 50-year-old woman came in to correct her abdomen. She underwent liposuction of the waist and bra area, followed by an extended abdominoplasty. A total of 1100 cc of fat was aspirated from each side of the waist and 1000 cc from the abdomen.

She had satisfactory results and came in for implant correction. She underwent a complication-free procedure with 400 cc implants placed in each buttock through a separate incision in the midline. A 33-year-old woman had severe deformity from foreign material injected into her buttocks in another country. A previous procedure in Florida caused severe calcification and scarring, leaving her with a deformity. A 35-year-old woman interested in body contouring underwent a level one breast lift with 600 cc saline implants placed in a submuscular position. She also had an extended abdominoplasty and liposuction of the waist with fat transfer to the hips. These procedures were performed in a single session as an outpatient. Mommy Makeover Case 3
Description:
A 32-year-old woman with two children came to our office seeking a mommy makeover. One of her deliveries was a normal vaginal birth, and the other was a C-section. She had previously undergone a buttock augmentation (BBL), which did not adequately address the issue (confirming the saying that if the only tool in your toolbox is a hammer, everything looks like a nail). She had an outpatient procedure that included a level I breast lift with 500 cc silicone implants, liposuction of the back and waist, and an extended abdominoplasty. These photos are after her procedure, showing more feminine and attractive curves.

Description:
A 58-year-old woman came in with an interest in body contouring. She wanted her breasts to be smaller and lighter and also desired a slimmer abdomen and improved back contour. The surgical plan included a breast reduction through her old scars, liposuction of her back, and an extended abdominoplasty (consisting of an abdominoplasty with liposuction of the upper abdomen and sides). Mommy Makeover Case 5
Description:
A 33-year-old woman and mother of two children underwent an abdominoplasty. Months after the procedure, her body was in excellent shape. She became pregnant with her third child and had no problems during delivery. Her abdomen remained in perfect condition after having the baby, with no relaxation of the stomach skin. She then decided to have a breast augmentation and lift, which was successfully carried out.

The preoperative evaluation showed he had a very large ear cup, causing a significant distance between the skull and the edge of the ear, and an incomplete cartilage fold. His otoplasty involved completing the fold, resecting the ear cup to bring the edge of the ear closer to the skull, and correcting the earlobe.

Over time, the implants remain in an elevated position, and gravity causes the breast gland to slide inferiorly over the implants. A 73-year-old woman interested in facial rejuvenation. Her preoperative photos show aging and wrinkles. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) and perioral dermabrasion (procedure to resurface the outer layers of skin). She also had a chemical peel on her lower eyelids and lips along with a facelift. She has maintained good results. The photos taken 10 months later show the disappearance of neck folds, more youthful skin, and a much healthier and rested face. The scars are invisible.

A 71-year-old man sought facial rejuvenation. His photograph shows excess skin on the neck, laxity in the nasolabial fold area, excess skin on the upper eyelids, and excess fat on the lower eyelids. He underwent a transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty and a standard upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Due to his hair loss, Dr. Makhlouf managed to place part of the scar just below his glasses, making the incision well hidden and invisible. A 63-year-old woman wanted facial rejuvenation. She had undergone an upper blepharoplasty elsewhere and was never completely satisfied with the results. She came to our office, and we created a surgical plan that included a standard facelift of the neck muscles to correct the present bands, an upper blepharoplasty, and a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, which involved skin excision supported by canthopexy to avoid distortion of the eye shape and scar lowering the eyelid. She also received botulinum toxin (Botox) in the frown line area. Her postoperative photos were taken six weeks later. The scars are red and there is residual swelling, but she receives many compliments from friends and family.
